Meet Our North Charleston Staff
Jared Lethco, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, Owner
Jared graduated from Charleston Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. He then went on to attend the Medical University of South Carolina, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2014.
Jared specializes in treating all orthopedic and sports related injuries. He has specialty training in treating the neck and back and is working toward his Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy certification through the McKenzie Institute of America. Jared is also working toward obtaining his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification. Jared was raised in the greater Charleston area for most of his life. He attended Fort Dorchester High School where he played football and basketball then went on to CSU where he was a member of the Buccaneer basketball team. Being around sports his whole life has given him a passion for helping patients return to the highest possible level of performance. Jared became part owner of Grace Physical Therapy early in 2015. He enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and their two children, Amy and Jason. |
Mary Beth Culbertson, PT, DPT
Mary Beth is a relative of Greenwood, SC. She graduated from Clemson University in 2014. Immediately after graduating from Clemson, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina. She graduated from MUSC May 2017 with her DPT. Mary Beth began working at Grace Physical Therapy following graduation. Memberships include American Physical Therapy Association and South Carolina Physical Therapy Association. Mary Beth enjoys going to the beach with friends, spending time with family, and attending Clemson football games.

Mark Rentfrow, PTA
Mark is a Physical Therapist Assistant from Grand Rapids, Michigan, who received his Bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and his Associate’s degree from Baker College. He moved to Charleston in March 2016 with his wife, and enjoys camping, fishing, surfing, playing with their dog Maci, and spending time with friends and family.

Meet Our Summerville Staff
Andrea Rasner, PT, ATC, Cert. MDT, Owner
Andrea is a Tennessee native and moved to Summerville in 2004. She and her husband were looking for warm weather, palm trees, and a nice place to raise a family.
Andrea is one of the co-founders of Grace Physical Therapy. She graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor's degree in education while completing her National Certification in Athletic Training. Andrea then earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from East Tennessee State University in 1998. Andrea has worked with college and high school athletes providing athletic training coverage as well as providing rehabilitation of sports related injuries. She has also worked with the public school system providing physical rehabilitation for children with disabilities. Andrea is currently pursuing a certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment through the McKenzie institute as well as studying for the Orthopedic Specialists Examination. She specializes in orthopedics with a particular interest in treating neck and back pain. Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is an active volunteer in the mission to raise money to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Gracie, Andrea's 11 year old daughter, has Cystic Fibrosis. |
DeAnna Herndon, PTA
DeAnna graduated from The Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort, SC with an Associate's Degree of Applied Science - Physical Therapist Assistant degree in May 2013. During her studies, she completed an 8 week rotation at Grace Physical Therapy where she had the opportunity to learn about the McKenzie Method.and was able to see first hand the benefits of utilizing this method for treatment of back, neck and extremity pain. She joined Grace Physical Therapy upon graduation in May 2013 and has currently completed the lumbar spine portion of The McKenzie Institute's Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment.
DeAnna's areas of special interest include orthopedics, pediatrics and general health & fitness. She also enjoys spending time with her daughters, working outdoors and watching SEC football, most especially UGA!!! |
Emily Hill, PT, DPT
Emily graduated from Anderson University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She then attended the Medical University of South Carolina where she graduated in 2014 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Emily joined Grace Physical Therapy in April of 2015. Emily's main area of focus is orthopedics. She has completed Part A of the Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Lumbar and Cervical Spine from the McKenzie Institute with plans to continue with parts B, C, and D. Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping. She also loves spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two girls, Melody and Caroline.

Alicia Duncan, Business Manager
Alicia Duncan was raised in the Seneca, South Carolina. She then relocated to Rock Hill, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science from Winthrop University. Alicia later moved to Charleston to be closer to her now husband, David. She has two handsome identical twin boys who mean the world to her.
Alicia has been working on and off in the medical field since 2004. She has been with Grace since 2014 and enjoys working for Grace Physical Therapy. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. |
